California Grill sits atop Disney’s Contemporary Resort, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Magic Kingdom and the Seven Seas Lagoon. It’s one of the best places at Walt Disney World to watch the fireworks while you eat.

What to eat
The menu follows the seasons, with California-inspired entrées, a strong sushi selection and a deep wine list. The flatbreads and pork tenderloin have been longtime favorites.
Tips
- Time your reservation with the fireworks. Diners can step onto the observation deck, and the music is piped in.
- Keep your receipt to return to the viewing deck later that night if your meal ends early.
