Baseline Tap House is located on Grand Avenue at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The area is modeled after the industrial business and looks like current Downtown Los Angeles. The exteriors are charming brick buildings and warehouse-style décor. However, the interiors are themed, colorful, and quite beautiful.  The most popular attraction on Grand Avenue is Muppet Vision 3D. This exciting experience is fun for all Muppet fans, young and old. You get to see the magic of the Muppets close up in 3D. This extravaganza lasts about 17 minutes and is a must-see if you love the Muppets!  After a blast exploring Grand Avenue and the attractions, head to Baseline Tap House! 

Baseline Tap House Décor at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

The exterior of the Baseline Tap House is brick and has a charming vibe. When you enter the door, you will notice the interior décor is based around a mom-and-pop print house called Figueroa Printing Company. If the name sounds familiar, this real-life company once successfully partnered with Disney Studios.  As you find your way to the bar, you will step right up and place your order. The menu is directly behind the bar, and you are served quickly. Once you have your drink and snacks in hand, make your way to the dining area.  A fun place to relax is on the terrace or outside under the tree canopy. This bar offers a few small plates that will exceed your expectations. You can also take a moment to find a suitable dish to pair with your beverage of choice to make the extra experience special. Here are some of the best selections from the menu that passed the taste test. 

Small Plates

California Cheese and Charcuterie Plate  This option is excellent for sharing with others. This charcuterie plate features blue cheese, Toma Farmstead cheese, goat cheese, chorizo, cornichons, salami, grapes and is served with toasted baguettes.  Tip: Pair this plate with St. Francis Chardonnay or Line 39 Cabernet Sauvignon for an excellent pairing experience.  Bavarian Pretzel  If you like pretzels, this one is a must-try! Chances are, you might order two after you take the first bite. This pretzel is served with spicy mustard and beer-cheese fondue.  Tip: Pair this tasty pretzel with North Coast Red Seal craft beer or the Golden Road Golden State Cerveza.  Spiced Almonds This simple snack is quite exquisite. The almonds are seasoned with a house-made sweet and spicy flavor that makes them extraordinary.  Tip: Pair these spiced almonds with any of the craft beers on tap or hard ciders.  Beef Puffs This plate has amazing flavor! The rib-eye beef puff has a tasty coffee rub that puts the taste over the top. This plate also comes with an olive salad which goes great with some of the alcoholic beverages on the menu.  Tip: These beef puffs are excellent pairings for Line 39 Cabernet Sauvignon, craft beers on tap, and hard ciders.

You will be surprised how many people are choosing non-alcoholic beverages these days. This lounge has created some unique options that taste great. If you are looking for a non-alcoholic drink, try the following options! Strawberry Hibiscus Soda This drink is so popular they have it on tap. It features Barrilitos strawberry hibiscus soda. The way it’s blended makes the flavors complement each other without overpowering the beverage.  Wild Strawberry Lemonade This colorful and flavorful drink features a mixture of lemonade and strawberry. The zesty flavor of the lemon perfectly complements the wild strawberries. 

Alcoholic Cocktails

Baseline Select Margarita  This incredible cocktail features Cointreau, tequila, lime juice, and sweet-and-sour.  California Sunset  This tasty cocktail features orange juice, Absolut vodka, Southern Comfort, pomegranate juice, and sweet-and-sour.
