The Diamond Horseshoe is an Old West saloon hall in Magic Kingdom’s Frontierland, with red velvet, a grand staircase and a stage made for can-can dancers. It has changed roles many times over the years, and 2026 has been especially busy. After serving family-style meals, it became a Toy Story character show called Jessie’s Roundup for the summer, and in fall 2026 it reopened as a limited-time, cowboy-themed pop-up lounge.

What to eat and drink
The pop-up focuses on shareable small plates like corn fritters, glazed sticky ribs and mini corn dogs, plus a savory charcuterie board. Drinks include specialty lemonades and margaritas, making it one of the few places in Magic Kingdom to get a cocktail.
