Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya took over the former Tokyo Dining space upstairs in the Japan pavilion of EPCOT’s World Showcase in 2023. It’s inspired by Japan’s relaxed pub-style izakayas, and its decor shifts with the four seasons. Big windows look out over the lagoon.
