Kilimanjaro Safaris is the heart of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. You climb into an open-sided safari truck and bounce across more than 100 acres of savanna in the Africa section of the park, with a driver pointing out the animals. Giraffes, elephants, lions, rhinos, hippos, zebras and many more live here, and because the animals roam freely, every trip is different.

Tips
- Go early. Animals are most active in the cool of the morning.
- Sit on the outside edge for the best photos, and bring a zoom lens if you have one.
- Pair it nearby. Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail starts right by the safari exit.
