What it Feels Like to Explore Walt Disney Presents
Walk right into this historical museum and discover Walt Disney’s journey! Large pictures are showcased throughout the exhibit ranging from black and white photos to colorful ones.
Take your time as you stroll through because you will be surprised by what you see, such as Walt Disney’s parents, Walt as a kid, models, and more!
Each picture has a description posted next to it, telling you the year and the story behind the photo. The gallery features dim lighting and soft carpet, so watch your step because it gets dark in some areas of the museum.
One of the fascinating things is the props he used in real life. The thought that those items were his and he used them frequently is fun to think about. It makes you feel closer to the man that brought Mickey Mouse to the world and the happiest place on earth!

- Don’t worry about waiting online to get inside the Walt Disney Presents attraction. There is no long line, and you can usually stroll inside and start browsing.
- Browse the attraction slowly to soak in all the history and information. The museum is displayed in order by year, but you must look on both sides of the aisle. Using the years to get the complete picture and sequence of Walt Disney’s history, go by numerical order.
- Make sure you walk to the end of the museum because there are some great costumes back there, such as a Pirates of the Caribbean pirates outfit and more.
- Take the extra time to see the Walt Disney documentary. It’s only 15 minutes and is filled with information you might not have heard before.
- Use the flashlight on your cell phone inside the museum area as you browse the photographs. The lighting is very dim, with spotlights focused on the large pictures, but it’s dark as you walk to each exhibit, plus the color of the carpet is dark as well.
