Backlot Express Décor at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
The restaurant’s exterior looks like an old warehouse with the words Studio Shops posted above, but you will know you’ve reached the restaurant when you see the colorful sign hanging from the top of the large doorway.
Take a step inside and get online to place your order. The menu is posted above the register area, giving you plenty of time to figure out what you and your family want to eat while you are waiting to soak up the industrial décor and beautiful mural artwork on the walls.
There is plenty of indoor seating, so find a good spot and settle into the vibe. An excellent seating area is near the sizeable ceiling-to-floor window if you like a lot of light.

This delicious sandwich is stuffed with juicy roasted pulled pork, Swiss cheese, ham, and mustard. It’s pressed perfectly as every Cuban sandwich should be. It also comes with a side order of tasty plantain chips.
Angus Bacon Cheeseburger
Cheeseburgers are delicious, but the added bacon pushes this menu item to the top of the list. This tasty burger is served on a brioche bun with a side order of French Fries.
Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork Burger
This slowly smoked pulled pork and Angus beef burger is incredible! It features American cheese, a delicious house-made sweet and tangy barbeque sauce, and refreshing coleslaw.
Teriyaki Chicken Bowl
This is the only Asian-inspired dish on the menu, and it’s fantastic! It features teriyaki chicken, jasmine rice, carrots, yuzu pickled edamame, onions, and cucumber. What makes this extra dish special is the tremendous house-made lemon-tahini-chipotle dressing! This dish is also offered as a plant-based dish by replacing the chicken with tofu.
Southwest Salad
If you are looking for a light meal with lots of flavors, choose the Southwest salad! This salad is offered with or without chicken. It features romaine lettuce, tomatoes, roasted corn relish, cheese, pickled red onion, and an excellent house-made jalapeno-lime ranch dressing that gives the entire a delicious kick!

Glimmer and Shimmer Blondie
This popular dessert can be found in other restaurants on the Walt Disney World property, but today it’s at the Backlot Express, and it’s definitely worth the try! It features delicious toffee, gold nuggets, toasted coconut blondie, and salted caramel buttercream.
Wookiee Cookie
This simple dessert tastes amazing! It features two oatmeal cookies that act as sandwich bread. The filling includes vanilla cream and milk chocolate.
